Pleases SEE attached document I need an expert programmer who is able to create Google Custom Markers as described in the attached document for Desktop Map and to work with Mobile Smartphone 1st create a simple TEST DEMO for review so the I know that You Can Do the project. Demo is to have the following: color map dot, photo, a line color frame, a tail from dot to picture.
