Help Finish an E-Commerce Function in Core PHP (Objects, Arrays) Now, Today

Hi. I have a function that gets product info from an API and populates a mobile app. I've imported all the product info and now I'm trying to make a new function that gets the product info from my local mysql tables to re-create the same result without using or needing the API. It has 4 major parts: Products, Variations, Modifier Lists/Sets, Modifier Options (in the Lists/Sets) We have the first 2 parts done, so I need help putting the Modifier List Array into my result and then the Modifier Options Array. The structure has to be pretty similar/exact compared to the current function which pulls data from the API because we are using it to populate a mobile app - and if we do this correctly, then we can delete all calls to the API! You do NOT need to do anything with the mobile app - this is ALL PHP. I have a function ready to go - I just need someone to help me with the foreach loops to add the Modifiers to our results. This is 85% done, so I need help finishing this right now. Oh and the last part is this - the API has urls to the product images. I need a way to save those images somehow (without doing it one by one). My budget is $50 to $60 for this task. The current function only has about 50 lines, so it shouldn't be that difficult for someone who knows Objects and Arrays to add the Modifiers. I have notes, screenshots, FTP Access and DB Access ready to go.
