I have developed s similar system for inhouse use for a corporate house. What I understand: - customer master - when you add customers, their login details will be created and emailed to them so that they can login to log calls - Technician master - again with login details - Fields for logging in calls - please specify - iv - is for admin to view? Above is entire requirement? Please confirm complete fields for customer master, technician master, call logging and call attending. I will need hosting server access (that supports latest versions of PHP and MySql). Once I hear back from you I will be able to assess scope of work precisely. I will revise / confirm my bid accordingly. Detailed specifications and inputs will also help me make an informed commitment and deliver as required. do you need any calls done via twilio API or something? do you need any fancy design than just plain html in tables/css?
