Integrate an existing Wordpress (Gravity Forms) form to double-post to Hubspot

We have a client site, built in Wordpress, with an existing form and checkout process built using Gravity forms. We're using Hubspot marketing software. Typically we'd build the forms in Hubspot and then embed them on the Wordpress site. In this case, since the forms are part of a checkout process, we want to leave them as-is but have them post to Hubspot via the API as well as where they currently post. Zapier makes an integration between Hubspot and Gravity forms but unfortunately it doesn't pass the website tracking information (called the Hubspot user token) to Hubspot which is something we need.
