Javascript Calculation Custom Code FormidablePro Forms

I am using a plugin for my wordpress website and need to adapt a script to accommodate my needs. i am trying to achieve where a dropdown selection populates 3 other fields based on the selection to either 1 or 0 For example if a home win is selected then the home win will populate a field value to 1 and set the draw and away win fields values to 0, same senario for the draw and away selection.
