(Enter laundering preferences, the preferences allowed are to choose between soaps, fabric softener's, and whether or not they would like fabric sheets used during the dry cycle.) Following completion they are taken to the calendar. If they login, they are taken to the Calendar. -*** I already have a plugin that does a multi step checkout, i need you to change the order information to take in this information Calendar: A calendar comes up and the client schedules pick up and delivery on the website. The customer will receive an email or text confirming their order. - ***This calendar needs to be added to the Order information o the multi step menu. Once the order is submitted they automatically get an email. Day of Pickup: A reminder email or text will be sent 15 minutes prior to the drivers arrival. The driver will have Washables bags available for client laundry. The driver will arrive at the time the customer requested the pick up. Driver will follow pick up instructions, the driver will have a luggage scale to weigh bags at the time pick up. The driver will then take the laundry. -*** client will do this not you. Start of Processing: The customer’s next contact is to receive a text or email confirming the dirty weight of laundry, the approximate price, and stating that the processing is beginning. -*** client will take care of that not us. Completion of Processing: The next contact after that is the invoice stating the weight and final amount for the service. There will be a link in the invoice that allows the customer to pay via web or phone. Following payment a receipt will be sent to the customer which also confirms their scheduled drop off time will be, allowing them to update if necessary.-*** we have a pdf invoice system already so you can tie into that. Deliver: The driver will arrive and follow drop off instructions and return the laundry to the customer. The customer will receive a text or email confirming the delivery, thanking them for their business and asking for them to evaluate our service. And invite them to set up a regularly scheduled pickup and invitation to join our mobile marketing group. -*** client will do this Driver Process - Create the driver signup Interested Drivers will be sent the sign up materials via email. These will consist of the paperwork described in the HR Process. Once they are completely signed up, Drivers will be added to our text/email list.
