Hi good morning. I have a lot of experience in installing Apache + PHP under Centos OS / Red Hat Linux. I am able to compile apache + php from source also, I have also installed ldap + mysql or oracle support on the deployment. I can install from packages or compile from source (whatever you prefer). I will provide all the documentation on the way everything is installed and configured so you can any time do the same for newer version of these GNU software in the future. I guess you will providing already the linux installation on it? I have also experience with postgres sql database, mysql and of course Oracle Databases Please see my portfolio. Maybe I can provide sooner but prefer to have more time to see if we need to do some special configuration for your application. Don't know if you have another components/libraries for PHP.
