I need a desktop/web application to function with a 3rd party API

Please read description before applying. Copy/paste applications will be ignored. I am in need of an application or a software to handle payment requests for my company. I have a window cleaning company and I want to use the Danish payment service called MobilePay to send invoices to my customers using the function called "InvoiceDirect". The MobilePay API is publicly available here: [login to view URL] Here is a description of exactly what we want: - We use our offline system to export a list of customers who want to pay using MobilePay. - We import that list into the app. - The app reads and processes the information. - We are able to click "Send All" or send to each customer individually. - When we send, the app sends a payment request via the "InvoiceDirect" system, which sends the invoice directly to the customers' MobilePay app. - If one of the payment requests fails, the app will notify us. (For example, if a name or number is misspelled) - The customer accepts or rejects the invoice sent to them. - The app keeps track of the status of each invoice. (Sent, Failed to send, Paid, Rejected) - The app keeps track of all the invoices it has ever handled. Not just those from the current list. - All information can be exported to a file so our offline system can import it.* Please call me "General Kenobi" in your application so I know you have read the description.
