Since upgrading, the site has been slower, but most importantly the chat has stopped working. My site uses CometChat, so I need someone who has some experience with CometChat. Essentially, every callback for receiving messages is failing with "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED" in the console. CometChat support isn't the quickest to respond to tickets [login to view URL] if you check console for errors, you'll be able to see the issue Remember" : Users can send messages, but not receive them I need it fixed, and the chat working properly as soon as possible

Hi there, I'm a devops engineer with extensive experience upgrading, deploying, migrating and troubleshooting website issues across a wide variety of applications, including Magento. I'd be happy to help you fix these issues, but I just need a few more details. I looked at the site -- you're right, this is egregiously slow. I wasn't able to see the errors you mentioned though, with regard to content decoding. I think I may need to start a chat somehow but I'm not sure how to do that.
