Hello There, You would need a person who understands market movement, I have worked for Confidential clients where i was responsible to calculate variety of indicators(MACD, EMA, RSI, etc) while performing mathematical calculations on historical data, and would provide recommendation on Buy and Sell Calls. As i understand you want to initiate a buy order Closed price > EMA, and with a piece of work already done, this should not take more than 2 hours.
