I need a website with eshop ability 2

We want our site to follow the template of [login to view URL], with customised colour and visual differences. We want a simple website build in wordpress or php, whatever is easier and cheaper. ⁃ At the top right of the page will be the “Home”, “My Account”, “My Basket” page. We will give you a table of calculations and depending on the number we will suggest to the artist 3 plans which he can buy with set prices. He can buy the plan that he wants to his card and make the purchase. Therefore, the site will have eshop functionality but we do not want to sell items; we will sell a specific service. ⁃ At the bottom of the page, similar to Flowsty, we will have “Questions”, “Contact” (where he will provide his email) and “Company Details” and “Terms and Conditions” at the bottom. Everything described above will be the main page. He will be able to checkout with or without registering. When selecting to register, the user will provide an email and a password and he will have to verify his email. The “My Account” button at the top, will direct him to the same registration page. The “Boost My Artist” page will direct him to the same registration page, but after registering will appear an input field where he will provide his artist link for Spotify.
