Optimize External JavaScript with AJAQ and PHP API Call--2

Hi! I am scrapping one website using my JavaScript. I am provide input data to JavaScript from My Server using AJAQ and PHP API. JavaScript getting data from that website and provide information related our input and we save it in My Server using AJAQ and PHP API. All is running fine but I have issue processing large data. Because we have large data in server and we need process it continuous and fast as much as possible. I want integrate Loop etc for process data fast and without miss any data. If You understood and can do it let me know. I want do it via remote desktop. You must have idea how can this possible. I need only expert. You can write " I can do it" So I can know that You have read project and understood what I am looking for. I will show You situation on team viewer. More work will be provided in future for sure.
