You need a website for it and it has to be secured with SSL where host will give you this certificate. I dont do design but i can do basic login form and account form and admin management in nice html/css copied from other firefighter websites to make it look good. Since it is just to pick vacation days for firefighters i dont think it has to look good but it has function good thats what matters. 1) one version is firefighters can login and pickup their date for vacations and send it to admin for approval and admin can approve it based on other firefighters vacation days which only admin can see. 2) Firefighters can be shown list of vacation days available in each month and have them select differently 3) Have them shown all vacation days of other firefighters so they can pick their own dates.
