Hello,
thank you for your interest in my programming task. Let me describe the task and please tell me what you think about it.
What I want to achieve are all broadcastings on this website: [login to view URL], i.e. all the low quality (LQ) MP3s from 1995 to 2016. So the program would have to generate the download-links, starting from
[login to view URL]
to
and download the files. Be aware that the website / server does not allow downloading several files too fast. There has to be a little time gap between two files. At least that's my experience from manual downloading. When I downloaded too fast, I got all the files, but some of them were junk files. You see that a file is correct if it has about 8 MB. Smaller files are junk and cannot be played.
I estimate that all files together might have between 30 and 40 GB.
Another thing the program should do is creating directories / folders and putting the files there. The structure of directories should be: divided into years and months:
Domian
- Domian_1995
- Domian_1995-01
- Domian_1995-02
- ...
- Domian_1995-12
- Domian_1996
- Domian_1996-01
- Domian_1996-02
- ...
Do you think you could do this? Are you interested in programming this?
Best regards
Waris Khan
Hello, my name is gaston, I work in the IT area for more than 6 years, I was reading your proposal and investigating the website and the only problem is that only the programs from page 95 are available for download from the date 2006-09-29 before that the files are not found. It is possible that because they are very old they have been deleted from the page because the page did not receive maintenance.
I can deliver the files to you sorted by folders from 2006-09-29 to 2016-12-17.
So if there is anything I can do to help, please let me know.
Let me know if this is correct we can discuss more details. I will wait for your answer.
Hello, you want to download all of this files and organize them in directories. I will be able to do it with C# if you don't mind. I have 4 years of C# experience and have already done some projects about downloading files from the web.
