It is a cms in which you can create news with image, audio, photos, videos, and you can also create pages (such as Wordpress) 1.- The main website will have 2 sections that will contain two different headers 2.- The CMS will update both sections. 3.- The CMS must have different user roles and permits can be modified. 4.- The administrator and the editor will be responsible for publishing contents 5.- There will be a search engine. The search engine will break down the results, first by news, then by photos, videos and audios. 6.- admin will have the ability to modify the covers / sliders, outstanding news ... 7.- The search engine should be based on labels first and in search terms. The order must always be chronological 8.- Every news item has to show the linkable label 9.- All the news of the old web will have to be migrated 10.- 11.- When we finish with the web portal, then we will make the other section of the web with other html templates
