Hey, Why don't you just install and use a front-end editor? Wordpress' own WYSIWYG editor is pretty good but something like Visual Composer would be the best for you, since you're gonna keep generating content. So the only work here is general site/layout design (and additional work for UI/UX adjustments on mobile/tablet). **EDIT:** By saying "why don't you install" I mean its really not even 3% of the work on Wordpress and pretty straight forward. PS: Your budget is good enough to build a pretty good custom web app with admin side of it. It has lots of pros and some cons. I can explain if you're interested.
