Set up Paypal REST API on website

Hello, I am trying to set up the Paypal REST API for PHP on a website and are running out of time with the set up, so I want somebody to take care of it while I continue with the rest of the development. I want something VERY SIMPLE: On an empty website I want that somebody: - Sets up the Paypal REST API for PHP. - Connects to the Paypal sandbox environment - Creates a dummy payment (including validation of the payment) - Creates a dummy subscription (including validation) - Creates an empty page with two buttons, to test the payment and the subscription. When clicking on the button, simply perform the operation on the sandbox and echo the result of the validation to the empty page. Once finished, I will change the access codes to the paypal sandbox with my own credentials, test that it works and acknowledge that the work has been satisfactorily performed. As said, this is very simple. Somebody knowledgeable with the Paypal REST API using PHOP should not take more that half an hour (max. one hour if you include testing). You do not need to be fancy, nor try to add security features, etc. Award will be very quick. I expect the result in a maximum of two days, as this is an extremely easy project. A bonus will be awarded for quicker turn-around. Full access to the empty website will be granted to whoever performs the job.
