Basically looking for website developer that can create a financial / stock website displaying live charts to the subscribers and receive forecasts / trading plans from the administrators of the website. The benchmark website will be shared later with with the developer who will be awarded the project. Please note the following conditions: 1 - Apologies no upfront payments will be made. We have already been torched with unprofessional freelancers. 2 - Required skills are .Net programming, C#, Java, JavaScript, web development. 3 - Minimum knowledge about financial markets and basic understandings of how charting softwares work. 4 - Written agreement that must be signed by the freelancer. Ids must be verified. 5 - Companies are most welcomed. 6 - Full payment will be done only after the delivery of the project. Initial budget is $5K and it is negotiable. We don't underestimate your efforts because the project is big and required multiple of skills to be completed.
