There is Turkish Characters problem in html file by serving xampp, window. ? symbol shows in turkish character in html file. I put meta tags in the html files but, it does not work. I think it is related with xampp server configuration.

hello please check if you have set character encoding to utf-8, also did you copy text from somewhere and added to your html file? because in that case you might need to manually add turkish characters again, or copy them in some word / text file and again copy from that file to your website can we have a chat?
