We built system that send sms and voice calls directly from Data Base according to preloaded list of customers it makes the calls play any required message that was configured by the admin and record the call log to make sure it took place and was finished as required. recently we created system that using twilio to receive from registered users sms to allow a friend to get in to there building with a unique code that they can verify against our app on the entrance of the building it include admin portal for management registration and code requests using sms.
