Universal Firewall Plugin for Wordpress

Wordpress is a PHP-wrapper. I need a plugin that, on the backend, grabs all the front end dynamic content/functions that are viewable when you right-click-view-source-code, like the HTML or "refresh" redirect tag, any XML redirects, all JavaScript, DHTML, SOAP, etc. that affects functionality, place in MySQL with PHP access, double-password protection, and get rid of all front end hacks. HTML http-equiv="refresh" redirect hacks are common, where because it is on the front end, it is easy for the hacker to get in and get out with simple static code replacement, only a small amount of code, universal to all HTML page creators, and to redirect your page to the hacker's site or create errors for censorship hacks,. Common firewall protection and VPN/PBN protection is hard to code and not good enough. So PHP include file commands will have this information with wildcards or PHP variables for refresh tag, all separate Javascript functions, definitions in the head section, etc., going to a large template or header file to access. I am a PHP/Javascript programmer but not a plugin coder for shortcode and want to place this plugin on Wordpress site, open source, just asking for donations. A simple database scan of "refresh" tags, all Javascript code and the other languages, replacing refresh with a PHP refresh/redirect with control panel asking what URL and refresh delay the user wants is something that requires very little code, testing mostly by me, and should take no more than 8 hours. Freelancer needs an understanding where in db (as I have not been a CMS programmer in 18 years) do you go to look for all front end content, with history of making plugins and short code.
