I need a website that can track and manage horses,I will need to keep track of horse name /breed/feedings //health records and more be able to backup and import and print records to pdf, if the website is built using code ignitor i have a pro login script that with take car of the admin/user area with paypal, ([login to view URL]), so i just need the datasbase built I alos have ([login to view URL]) if you want tobuild using PDO crud , this i will speed up the process as import and exports are built in along with print to pdf. I would also need a way to send by email dat from the tables , maybe have all the options listed per horse and have it create a pdf to email. and also need a area to reminders to be setup. , I havea limited budjet of 100.00 for this project
