Wordpress woocommerce plugin

Hi. Freelancers. We are going to use wordpress woocommerce in our marketing system. For this we need to develop some kind of custom plugin. Main logic is like this. Buyers - people who buy products Sellers - people who upload and sell products Everyone can be a buyer and seller. We need you to: - Build a query to get the orders by product author; when the seller uploads a product he is attributed as the product author so you just have to get all the orders that were attributed to this seller in order to let him see the address of the buyer and ship the package. - Let the seller upload a tracking code for each order; after a seller sells and ship and item he must upload a tracking code to guarantee he shipped the package. Again making a query to get orders by author and let them edit and extra field. - Create triggers to email seller when product gets bought; when someone buys a product the seller must be notified by email to ship the item. Also he must be reminded until he uploads the tracking code. Please let me know about your solution, budget and timeline. Looking forward to hearing from you. Regards.
