Worpress site for Incentive program

I need wordpress based site for an incentive program. - Users should be able to register themselves, but access must be approved by administrator -Users should be able to recover their password by email - Admin should be able to upload an excell file with skus, price, incentive, and status ([login to view URL]) -Users should see a menu with next options: Register project, My projects, Participant Products, Documentation -Users should be able to create a new project adding quantity and Skus previously uploaded by the admin with TestlistPrecios. The user must capture End user information: company, email, phone, expected closing date, Distributor. When a new project is created, the system should calculate the amount of the projecto considering SKU price list from (TestlisPrecios) and quantity for each SKu. When a new project is created the system must calculate the incentive base on quantity and the incentive column from Testlistprecios. -Administrators should recieve an email each time a new user has been registered, a new project is registered o a user changes his project status wtth all the project detail and changes. - Administrator must be able to create distributors that user can choose when creating a new project -Adminstrator must have a reporting tool with the following reports: 1-show all projects 2-approved projects 3-Projects to be approved 4-Closed projects 5-Quantity sold by Sku- This should consider only verified projects 6- Projects closed by user 7-Projects closed by company - showing total addition of ammount projects and Incentives given to this reseller. 8-Incentive and sales per user 9-Projects to be payed- Administrators should be able to change verified projects to this stage 10-Payed projects 11-Registerd Users 12-Registered Resellers 13-Distributors - Admin should create and delete distributors. This distributors would be selected by users when creating a new project. 14-Prticipnt product -Project must have 6 phases: 1-pending to be approved - Admin must approve if the project qualify. He must be able to see opened projects and notified whenever a new project is created. To approve a project he must me able to see project amount. Project approvation would be based in project ammount and should be done manually by administrator. Users must me able to change quantity and SKus form their project in this stage, and if so, the administrators must be notified by email. 2-approved- Once the admin has approved the project it goes to this stage. Users must me able to change quantity and SKus form their project in this stage, and if so, the administrators must be notified by email,and the incentive should be recalculated. 4-Closed- Users must be able close their approved projects by uploading their purchase order in a jpg or pdf format. Administrators must be notified by email each time a user close a project. Users must me able to change quantity and SKus form their project in this stage, and if so, the administrators must be notified by email, and the incentive should be recalculated. 5-Verified- Once the user have closed a project the admin should be notified. Administrators would verify if the file (purchase order) uploaded by the user matches the user project skus, and quantities. Administrators should be able to modify users project at this stage, so it matches the PO, and the incentive must be recalculated after that. Admin must to change the project status to verified , not approved or approved. Users must NOT be able to change quantity and SKus form their project in this stage. 6-Payed- Projects which incentive has been payed. Only verified projects can be changed to this stage by the administrators.
