Freelance Project Manager

XenoPsi is currently searching for a Freelance Project Manager to partner and support the account leads and work on priority projects on national CPG brands! We’re a small, dynamic team of creative & media-savvy professionals creating campaigns that make a big impact for brands. If you enjoy working with smart people who know how to get things done, we’d like to hear from you! In this job, you will be responsible day-to-day for moving and tracking integrated marketing projects in execution phase guided by project priorities and deadlines, coordinate internal communications through meetings and tools. And overall make sure projects stay on track and on budget. Here’s where your expertise comes in. We need your help in: • Prioritize and manage key integrated projects that are in execution phase – channels include, digital, social, video, radio and website • Work with the account lead to develop or update timelines and keep current based on any shifts • Assign out action items and next steps • Sit in on meetings to accurately capture discussion and key next steps for internal and client needs, partner with account team to issue and action on these items • Collaborate with cross functional teams to assess priorities on time and budget • Schedule internal team meetings to ensure alignment on projects – including project reviews • Effective communicator through varying channels (Chat, Video Conf, Written, etc.) • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and handle work responsibilities in a positive, timely and efficient manner • Strong organizational skills and high levels of attention to detail • Strong writing and communication skills • Effectively communicate, monitor, and troubleshoot issues Length of Engagement: • 60-75 days with the opportunity to extend • 30-40 hours / week Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • 3-5 years of Project Management exp¬erience at an Agency • Experience with Digital Media Projects such as web, app, and social • Effective planning, organization, and time management skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills • Embody professional, proactive, and collaborative behavior that mirrors XenoPsi’s values • Knowledge of BaseCamp, not mandatory, but a nice plus!
