Python (or BASH) + Google Cloud Text to Speech

I'm going to be using the Google Cloud Text to Speech API [1] to create phone prompts for my phone system (there are over 50 different prompts). I'm looking for a developer to extend the published python-based sample scripts [2] to create a script that will process a seven-column CSV file and output a directory of mp3 files. The columns in the CSV are as follows: - filename ([login to view URL]) - languageCode (en-US) - voice (en-US-Wavenet-D) - effectsProfileId (telephony-class-application) - speed (1.00) - pitch (0.00) - text to read (must be able to include ssml markup) As a note, use of the effectsProfileId will require you to use the beta release of Cloud Text-to-Speech Audio Profiles Alternatively, you may look at using gTTS [3] - but I do not believe it has support yet for the wavenet voices. This should be minimal work. All I'm looking for is to build a script borrowing from relevant examples and then loop over a CSV file. You'll use the Google Cloud Client Library [4] for Python to handle authentication. This same document is on Google Drive with the links displayed inline [5]. I've also uploaded it as a PDF.
