Python : Edit smtplib.py for me in order to work with both ipv4 and ipv6

Hello everybody I'm trying to connect to smtp using an adress source (IPv6) but i get this error : Error : TypeError: AF_INET address must be a pair (host, port) My part of code is : smtpserver = [login to view URL]("[login to view URL]", 587, source_address=('2a00:xxxx:5::1e7', 80, 0, 0)) When i use an IPv4 like this : smtpserver = [login to view URL]("[login to view URL]", 587, source_address=('[login to view URL]', 0)) it works with no issue If anyone is able to edit the [login to view URL] for me in order that accepts both ipv4 and ipv6 ps : [login to view URL] attached file ps2 : this patch is talking about this issue : [login to view URL]
