I'm an expert in writing automated scripts, mostly to be used in PDF to Excel parsing, Excel data parsing, PDF OCR data extraction, web scraping, ... Since I haven't got a lot of reputation on Freelancer so far, I have an interesting deal for you. I'll work at this project at a very low rate ($250, the lowest bid possible) in return for a positive feedback. We can then later on negotiate a new hourly/project rate should you want to use my services again. I will remain relatively cheap though, since I code since I'm addicted to it :-).
