Looking to get a 4 story building exterior modeled and surfaced in 3DS Max. You will be modeling from photos and plan drawings and would have prior experience with architectural modeling visualization. Do note that the building is built in the 1930s and in the art deco style. Specifications ------------------- Realistic looking Modeled in 3ds MAX 2013 Setup for rendering with VRAY Requirement --------------- You will have to be contactable via skype during working hours. Be able to take instructions in English. Be able to name and manage your scenes in a neat and tidy manner. Able to work in a collaborative manner. Please pass me some links to renders that you have done(stills and animation) so that I can push this through. Exterior and Interiors as there might be another project we are listing that has interiors to model. Please also let me know the time that you will take to complete. Let me know if anyone is interested. Awaiting quick replies.
