We are trying to help a farmer predict when certain pests will occur so he can plan his operations accordingly. Using a local weather station that captures Rain, Air temperature, Relative humidity, Leaf wetness, Wind speed, Solar radiation we can predict pest outbreaks for e.g. Apple related pests. Is it possible to predict pest outbreaks for Peleopoda, Euprosterna, Pleseobyrsa using environmental data? If so what are the formulas? We are looking for research, tested and proven reference projects if possible. We have the data, just trying to help the farmer use it to solve some of his challenges. Thank you!
