Research: Identify three multiple-employer 401(k) plans that meet specific requirements

This is a research question A multi-employer 401(k) is a 401(k) plan operated by an association of employers. Members of the association (businesses) can join the plan and offer it to their employees. An example of a multi-employer 401(k) is described here: [login to view URL] I am looking for a list of associations with multi-employer plans that meet at least 2 of the following 3 criteria: 1) Open to employers in the San Francisco Bay Area 2) Open to employers in a broad field (like "tech" rather than "industrial metalworking") 3) Require a custodial fee of no more than 0.4% at the lowest asset level In addition, the plans must allow businesses with 1-3 employees to join. They must be open to new, small members. I will need at least three associations that meet 2 of the 3 requirements. If the system allows it, I I will "tip" for each multi-employer plan that meets all 3 requirements. The website told me that I could have an answer in 2 hours. This question is not about speed, so take a couple of days if you need to.
