Need Business Developer For Web - Mobile Programs

Job Summary InsightOrb has three principle service lines. We are looking for a sales & business developer who can provide qualified leads for the following: Application Development: Web, Mobile & Backend 24 X 7 Application Support & BPO Digital Marketing As a Sales & Business Lead your main role would be: Generate Qualified Leads Sales Pitch to Customer Converting an RFP / Lead to a Statement of Work / Contract Project Responsibilities and Duties You are qualified to apply for this position, if you at least have $50K proposal in pipeline. You would have a monthly target of $50K Compensation A standard monthly salary would be paid as per your expectations 5% (on profit from deal) of all converted leads would be given to your profit If you exceed your target, the additional leads would attract 7% (on profit) All business expenses (limited amount) would be reimbursed on actuals Failure to meet monthly targets would attract penalty. Key Skills Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience Minimum five years’ experience in leading a sales team Previous experience in senior sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts
