Shopify plugin developer

I already have a website and I am using out of the box pricing and shipping module but there are certain things that are not possible out of the box for example, i want to allow my clients to pay me on NET15 or NET30 terms. I hear that shopify+ allows this but I don't have shopify+. Second option is to use a paid plugin, for example, here are two that I found online: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Both offer trial periods. Theoretically they say they accomplish what I need. What I am thinking is to install and configure them and see if they meet my requirements. The other option is to custom build such a plugin. Important feature is to be able to allow individual terms to individual customers in the admin panel. For example, NET15 for one customer, NET30 for second customer, NET45 for the third customer. I am not sure if above two plugins allow this. Then there is a second requirement which is to save payment options for the customer and load them automatically next time they shop. Again, I searched online and found out that enabling "Shop Pay" in the backend allows this out of the box. If that is not the case, then either i need a third party plugin or a custom plugin. Last requirement is custom shipping options, for example, if someone buys items worth $1000 I would like to give them free shipping. I would also like add "free local pickup" for local area customers. I am not sure if shopify provides advanced shipping options out of the box or not but they definitely provide APIs that we can use to build advanced options. I am sure there will be third party plugins as well available for advanced shipping options. So here is what I need: 1. Someone who has experience of building custom plugins. 2. Someone who can immediately start working after the project is awarded. 3. Someone with good communication skills, for example, providing timely updates 4. I need an estimate to install and configure the third party plugins (explained above) for all three requirements. Not sure if there is a third party plugin for the third requirement but if there is I would like to get an estimate to install and configure it. 5. I need separate estimates for the following: a) Building custom payment plugin (for applying individual NET terms for each customer) b) Building custom plugin for loading and saving payment options c) Building custom plugin that uses Advanced Shipping APIs Please provide time and cost estimates as soon as possible.
