I want a vb.net project that will go out and check [login to view URL] and pull down the latest file. Each week a new file is added and I need that new file downloaded. I want to set up this vb.net exe to be added to the task scheduler and it will run each week. Last weeks file name was RePORTER_PRJ_X_FY2018_042 and this weeks is RePORTER_PRJ_X_FY2018_043. I need the xml files that is why there is an X in the name.. Check out the website and look at the files. It should be very straight forward, but I don't want you guessing at the name because if they change it your code will not work. I want you to pull the file that is at the top of the list

I could put a section if the name of the file changes... you can change the "default" name and the "default" page if this changes too
