Editable Word Document

I need a editable word document made using the layout in the powerpoint I have attached with this project- this is what I need. [login to view URL] needs to be able to click where it says insert image and then will be able to browse computer for an image that will fit perfectly inside the frame. I will need to be able to edit this frame (change the size for other layouts but the user will not) 2. User needs to be able to click in each section where it says edit text- date, names, story, anaylysis, learning etc- the text box needs to fit and the user needs to be able to change font if desired but not edit or change the text box. 3. I need to be able to add backgorunds and images to make different designs the template you build will be my original to base many designs from. 4. On page 2 there are many choices for users to pick a box and put a cross in it, I want the user to be able to just click on the box they want and a cross will appear. 5.
