We required following things in website Customer Details Logging Module :- User will provide Installation Details like an entry form (Web Page) is required ( see in attached excel file). This can be entered by any one (anonymous) Once submitted, it will be stored in central place. Note: Customer can also submit above details through mobile. So we required web services for posting / getting updated feedback information. View / Update of Logging calls Module :- Only Authenticated user shall able to access this module. Once Authenticated, Customer care user can able to view received requests, print / download (PDF) of all details of particular request. User shall have provision to provide the feedback of each request. Once feedback is provided, it should be notified to user mobile (if this request received from mobile). System shall store fixed Countries, States in each country. Technology to be used : Java mySQL ( Yet To Confirm) for web services, use protocol format is JSON only. Deployed in Unix /Linux based environment. Please let us know if u have any doubts, time frame to complete the project and bid if you can start work immediately.

if I understood correctly, I would like repeat here by default we need to open form as specified in Excel with some URL(without any authentication). on submit action we are storing these details in MySQL database. in the next line you specified that authenticated users can only view requests . here my doubt is that requests are nothing but the details entered one right? authentication can be done with spring security / simple servlet based one. websevice call is rest api or soap api. rest api is preferable. for View/update actions read/update actions of restapi can be done very soon with java based framework that is cxf framework.
