Please correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I can understand that's a log ascii standard file which will be imported into sql server. All I need from your end is the database schema/table structure to store the parsed data. I'm planning to use py3 branch if you instead prefer py2 just let me know please. .las has multiple version (1.2/1.4). There are multiple ways to parse .las file, libLAS is one of them. I have previously worked with .las files. If you like my proposal then we can discuss more in chat. Looking forward to working with you.
