Hi there, My name is Yasir & I have read initial requirements, so what I understood is that you want a customized control by using the Google maps API in the existing WPF Application. My main concern is that our team estimate coming higher than £3000, so not sure if you can be flexible in it. Google provides awesome Map APIs which can be called within C# class file. I do not suggest to use google map .net library as it has bugs and not being updated regularly.
