Looking for a contractor / team to develop an Interactive TV Guide program that is cloud based and therefore multi-platform, allow people to see it on their tv set, computer, mobile, etc. Program needs to be able to integrate all of a viewer's content sources (ie- cable, satellite, streaming, stored) onto the guide and search for new content (be it live or ondemand). Apple TV, Kodi, Hulu Live, X1, and Roku have similar capabilities if a reference is needed. Will be a 2 part project- 1) Demo 2) Completed Project Project could extend beyond initial completed project. Please note that budget listed below is not set in stone- placed in because system required it. Will need quote for how much both projects would cost as well as time needed to develop each part.
