This position is long term, for experienced PC/MAC Technician. Location: Toronto, Ont., Canada. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a desktop technician, computer technician, or IT support in a customer oriented corporate environment. • Must have excellent customer service skills working with end users and VIP’s • Professional experience with MAC and PC computers and Windows desktop 7, 8.1 and 10 • Experienced in supporting MS Office applications (office 2003-2016) in a business environment • Experienced in working in Windows Domain network environments • Experienced in troubleshooting IT issues for MAC or Windows PC, installation of external devices, desktops, laptops, hardware diagnostic, maintenance, repairs and general software support, familiar with servers, network infrastructure, switches/routers and wireless devices • Proficiency with site to site and remote access VPN • Experienced in supporting common business office devices, including printers, scanners, mobile, audio/video equipment
