I'm a realtor that will be selling a 2.25 Acre lot in CA. I'm looking for someone that has experience with 3D architectural animation. The lot is zoned Residential, Commercial, and mixed use. I'm looking for someone to design some animation for luxury Spanish facade condos with retail shops out front. Some Stills and some animation for video. This will be used for marketing purposes only. The property is located in San Bernardino County. I don't believe the artist will have to visit property, may be use a good program that uses google for dimensions.
