Snapchat-like map where you can see your friends, to be developed in Unity

I need a developer that builds all the necessary unity scripts, the user interface and the database required for a working snapchat-like map where the users can see all their friends locations (real GPS) in a real map that can be zoomed in and out, dragged... The locations of friends should be updated each 5-10 minutes and each user can decide to show its location or not (Privacy). The map style should be similar to the snapchat one where you can zoom out until you see the earth globe or you can zoom in until you see the streets names. Besides, when clicking on your friend (represented with a bitmoji just like in the snapchat map) some info (for example age) should be shown. The project should be done in Unity and it has to be easy to integrate as part of a bigger app (ios/Android). The app is intended to be scaled and should work for thousends or millions of users. However, this snapchat-like map should work by itself. Therefore, I expect a working app that can be installed in several ios or android devices and shows the location of all users in all devices. Along with it, all the unity scripts, database and documentation required to integrate the map in a bigger app. Implementing a chat is optional and can be discussed.
