Unity 3D - Need to add features to existing game

Hi, have a game working in Unity version 2017.2.3f1. We need to add some features. If interested, let me know: a) How much would you charge for integrating this b) Estimated delivery time FEATURES: 1. User download game from google play. 2. When user run game you need to ping our server ([login to view URL]) via game application to receive answer. When you send request to our server you need to replace APPLICATION_ID and HARDWARE_ID. example: positive reply - {"status":"ok","wv":0,"url":"https:\/\/[login to view URL]\/PLxsYm?keyword=casino&sub_id_2=app&source=APPLICATION_ID"} negative reply - {"status":"error"} 3. If game application receive positive reply you need to open webview (in application) or external browser with our link which you receive in URL parameter. - parameter "wv":0 means that you need to open via webview - parameter "wv":1 means that you need to open via external browser and you need to check available browsers from these list: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] . If you don't find any of these applications (browsers) you need to open link in default browser. After opening link in browser you must close game application. IMPORTANT! 4. Every time when user runs game application you need to ping our server ([login to view URL]) and receive reply. 5. Please don't ping our server many times , it must work like I mentioned in point 4. 6. Webview and game application must support portrait and landscape mode. Also webview must resized after rotating device from landscape to portrait or portrait to landscape. 7. We use deferred deep linking for advertising purposes in facebook. Please integrate facebook SDK [login to view URL] (please take a look to point 4). We will provide facebook developer account to integrate it. 8. When game application started with facebook deep link you need to add to server URL additional parameter [login to view URL] our server will send you reply: positive reply - {"status":"ok","wv":0,"url":"https:\/\/[login to view URL]\/PLxsYm?keyword=casino&sub_id_2=app&source=APPLICATION_ID"} negative reply - {"status":"error"} 9. Webview must work with cookies and save them like default browsers like chrome , safari etc. Please read carefully. We will only deal with people who read all details and include the word YesIReadIt in their reply. Also we will contact the people who answers our questions asked in the beginning of this post. We constantly need to fix or add new features to our Unity 3D games, if you do a great work we would require your help often, let's build a business relationship.
