I need someone to write and setup an script to notify via email if any user on network try to plugin USB device on his/her computer. Also send in email details of files being copied in or out on USB. Script should use external SMTP to connect and authenticate and send.

Hi Sir/mam, Greetings for the day, I have worked as an automation engineer in it industry and also coming from electronics background. This 2 variations helped me to learn machine from deep. Trust me i can deliver this project as i have commited in my bid. In addition to your thought, 1) We can disable ports as well so that any usb can nit be plugged in. 2) we can allow some file types to be copied into usb drive. Also i have small doubt about this process, what if computer is not connected to computer ? How will it send mail ? SMTP server can save it in outbox and can send it once computer is back online but than too i think this delayed response'ssolution should be required.
