I am currently the Head of Editing at my Universities film making society. I have access to both Adobe Premiere (PC) and Final Cut (Mac) depending on which format you prefer. I have edited multiple films for the society and for my own personal projects. I could do this project easily for you and turn around extremely quickly. I also run a music blog and describe music as one of my passions, I could certainly match some perfect music for the piece, be it in any genre to match your requirements.
