I require a skeleton Silverlight application with a dashboard, two basic forms, a couple of datagrids, and a chart, to be developed quickly so that I can use it as an accelerator to build a web based proof of concept for my existing winforms application. I can give a very clear description of what needs to be built as the system already exists as a Windows forms application but I'm only currently after a couple of example screens not the whole thing. I'm not overly concerned about whether the skeleton uses RIA or WCF, soap or http, but It does have to be built in VB.Net though as I'm only a project manager not a programmer, and I'd prefer it to be built in SL 3. The application will have a SQL Server backend.
