Fix a VB6 App (Animated Desktop)

I have this VB6 app and there are some minor problems. I want them to be fixed. it is a video desktop application, it allows us to play a video on desktop in place of wallpaper. now the problem is it works fine on XP but on vista and 7 the desktop icons are not visible, The video starts appearing in front of icons. and I want this to be fixed. I want the app to work correctly under Windows XP, Vista, 7 (with / without Aero Theme) the source code is included with this project listing. Download and test it out.
