VB6 Graphics Server positioning labels on graph

I've got some code using VB6 and the graphics server package that came with it. It's been updated to SP6. I'm trying to position some labels (text) on the graph and that works well until I change scales. I believe the problem is when the X axis does not start at 0. I believe I have the scaling between the labels correct as the scaling changes. The problem I believe is with the offset. I've attached some pics to explain the problem. I've also attached some code. I need the labels to appear in the proper position at the bottom of the graph no matter what the scaling is of the graph. I do not expect finished code, just some idea of getting the proper offset as the scales change.
