Microsoft Word for Mac VBA Macro to Select Text

I am looking for a coder to build a Microsoft Word macro that will do the following: 1. Match and select any text in a document that has this pattern: "Some text here." (Ref 1:1). Please note that the match must not be greedy; it has to select only ONE instance of this exact match. 2. Execute a keyboard shortcut. 3. Wait 5 seconds and then loop to the next match.
