100 Paid Sign Ups in 30 days or less - Get $2.00 Per Sign Up!

I'm looking for someone who is EXPERIENCED in delivering paid signups. This means GENERATING SALES THROUGH LEADS and NOT just driving traffic to my affiliate website. Before bidding, you must agree to the following: 1. No escrows will be made. 2. You will be paid $2.00 per paid sign-up. 3. Payment will be released every 25 generated paid sign-ups. 4. Sign ups must be REAL - again, NOT FAKE - and should come from non-fraudulent sources. 5. Payment will be made either through GAF or E-Gold ONLY. (Though I prefer E-Gold). 6. Must present a CLEAR and CONCRETE PLAN of ACTION and explain how you will LEGALLY increase my sign-ups, as I am looking for REAL SIGN-UPS and do not have to time to fool around with spamming or fake signups. 7. If I am not satisfied with your work, I reserve the right to cancel the project, and you will not receive any payment at all. (This should not scare you if you have genuine online marketing skills, and are not here to waste time or scam people.) Please also include the following information in the PM: 1. What is your experience in generating paid signups? 2. What is the most number of signups you have done before for clients, and for which programs? 3. How long did it take for you to generate it? Bonus will be given if 100 sign-ups have been generated in less than a month. So, you'd better deliver excellent results. I am running this project INITIALLY for one month, so kindly indicate $200 in your bid. This may turn into an ONGOING PROJECT if the bidder performs this task as agreed and if I am happy with his or her services. There will also be projects of a much broader scale and longer duration made available to the successful bidder in the future because, aside from my own promotions, I will also be giving him or her some referrals. I will be responding only to the bids that I am interested in. Only then will you be given a link to the website.
